Our office is over in West Marredpally at H No 3-37-138, which is inside Hanumantha Rao Gardens in the Railway Colony. It’s a pretty quiet corner of Secunderabad, which is actually nice because the work we do at Ivrcl Infrastructures And Projects Ltd requires a lot of concentration. The building itself has been around for a while and has a very lived-in feel to it. We don't have fancy office furniture or a high-tech conference room. Most of our space is occupied by cabinets full of old files and large desks where we can spread out our project maps. There’s a lot of coming and going since we have people heading out to different work sites all day. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things relatively quiet. We’re focused on the practical side of building infrastructure, so our days are filled with calculating costs, checking regulations, and talking to suppliers. It’s a very hands-on type of environment. We don't go for any of that corporate polish. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work shirts, probably looking a bit tired but busy. We take our jobs seriously and try to get things done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a steady rhythm of work that we’ve developed over the years in this particular neighborhood, and it seems to suit our small team just fine. We just keep our heads down and work.
