Ivrcl Infrastructures & Projects Ltd

We are located in Maddilapalem, specifically at Flat No.B4 in Ramaiah Residency. If you know Visakhapatnam, you probably know where Krishna College is, because we are right opposite that. Ivrcl Infrastructures & Projects Ltd uses this space for all our local operations. It is a convenient spot, especially with the college right there as a landmark for people. The building is a bit older but very sturdy. Inside, it is pretty simple. We do not spend much on decor or anything like that. We mostly have computers and maps and project schedules lying around on the desks. Being in Vizag, the humidity can be a bit of a thing, but we are used to it by now. The staff here mostly comes from the nearby neighborhoods. Maddilapalem is a busy hub, so there is always something happening outside the windows. We have seen the area change quite a bit over the last few years. It is a good place to work from because everything is accessible. We handle various infrastructure and project details from this office. It is not a very big space, but it fits us just fine. Sometimes the traffic near the college gets a bit heavy during peak hours, which makes for a noisy afternoon. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks. It is an honest workplace where we focus on what needs to be done each day. Just us doing our thing in Ramaiah Residency.
