Ipebs, Hyderabad

We are located over at Nagrabhavi 2nd Stage in Bangalore, right on the 1st Main in the 1st Block. If you know the 'O' Cross area, you have probably passed by our building at number 294 at some point. Even though the name says Ipebs, Hyderabad, this is where we do the actual work. It is a bit of a trek for some of the staff, but the neighborhood is okay once you get used to the traffic around here. The office is not anything special to look at. We have some desks, a few computers that are a couple of years old, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We spend a lot of time on calls or staring at screens trying to figure out the best way to handle whatever comes our way that day. It is just a handful of us here, so things stay pretty casual. We do not wear suits or anything like that unless there is a very specific reason to, like a big meeting. Usually, it is just jeans and a shirt. The Bangalore weather is nice, so we usually leave the windows open instead of running the AC all day long. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, which is a real pain in the morning, but we make do with what we have. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our bit and go home at a decent hour. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied.
