People usually look for an office building, but we mainly run things through the email address Padavala_Murali@Yahoo.Co.In. It’s how we keep in touch with everyone. Integral Services(Kuwait is the name on the papers, but really it's just a few of us making sure things get done. We started using Yahoo years ago and just never changed it. It’s easier that way since everyone already has the contact. Most of our day is spent typing out replies and checking on requests. It’s not the most exciting setup, but it gets the job done without a lot of fuss. We deal with stuff related to Kuwait mostly. Sometimes the internet is slow or the inbox gets too full, but we manage. We aren't some big corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s more of a personal thing where you just reach out and we talk. We’ve been doing this for a while now. The name might sound a bit formal, but we are just regular folks. If you send a message, we see it. That's pretty much how it works. No fancy website or anything like that. Just the email. We like keeping it simple like this. It saves time and money for everyone involved. We just keep our heads down and work through the list of tasks we have each day. It is enough for us.
