Inorbit Malls (I) Pvt. Ltd. (K. Raheja Group)

You can find us at C3-547 in Huda Colony, over in Chandanagar. This isn’t the mall itself, but the office where we handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for Inorbit Malls (I) Pvt. Ltd. Being part of the K. Raheja Group sounds big, but inside this office, it’s just a few of us working on computers and talking about maintenance and tenants. Hyderabad gets really hot in the summer, and the walk from the main road into Huda Colony can be a bit tiring. The office is pretty simple, with desks shoved together and a small area for files. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the mall staff or checking reports. It's not always exciting work, but it has to be done to keep things moving. We usually have lunch together and talk about what’s happening in the city. The area around Chandanagar has grown a lot lately, so there’s always something new opening up nearby. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just the local tea guy who comes around. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep it relaxed. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish paperwork before the month ends. It’s a normal office routine, really. We just focus on the tasks we’re given and try to stay on top of the mall's needs from this side of town. It takes a lot of coordination to keep a big place running smoothly.
