We run a small operation here, mostly focused on the accounting side of things for Infinite Bpo. It’s not a huge setup with hundreds of callers; it’s more of a focused group handling the books and the numbers. Our main guy is an accounts executive who’s been around for a while. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and making sure the taxes are right. It’s quiet work, but it’s important for keeping the lights on. The office doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles. We’ve got our computers and some filing cabinets that probably need organizing if we ever found the time. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with big meetings or team building. Instead, we just talk over the desks when something comes up. It’s a pretty straightforward way to work. Sometimes it gets a bit repetitive, checking the same figures over and over, but we like the routine of it all. We are just regular people who are good with numbers and like to get our work done on time. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business and how everyone takes their tea. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just show up, do the accounting work as the current employer, and head home. It’s a steady job in a busy world, and we’re fine with that life.
