India Cements Limited

Our office for India Cements Limited is a bit unique because we operate out of Room No 38 inside the Swagth Guest House. It’s located on Malkhed Road in Gulbarga. It might seem strange to some people to be in a guest house, but it works for us. We are right near the Rajashree Cement area, so it’s a very practical spot for being in the middle of the local industry. Malkhed Road is usually full of heavy trucks and dust, which is just how it goes in this line of work. Inside Room 38, it’s a lot quieter than you’d think. We have our files and our phones, and we just handle the daily business from there. It’s a modest space, nothing like those huge offices you see in the big metros. We see a lot of people coming through the guest house, some staying for a day and others just passing through for meetings. The staff at Swagth are used to us being here by now. We don’t really go in for big marketing or trying to look more important than we are. We just provide the local link for India Cements in this part of Gulbarga. The summers here are pretty harsh, so that room gets a lot of use when the sun is high. It’s an honest place to work and we like the location on the main road.
