Ikon Business Solutions

We’re based here in Hyderabad, running things at Ikon Business Solutions. It’s a typical office environment where we spend most of our time on the phone or at our computers. Being in a city like Hyderabad, things move pretty fast, especially in the business services world. We don’t really have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do and people talking about us. The office can get pretty lively when everyone is in at the same time. We handle various tasks that other businesses need help with, mostly the stuff that takes up too much of their time. It’s a lot of sorting through data and making sure things are organized. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. It’s not the kind of job that makes for great stories at dinner, but it’s important for keeping things running smoothly for the people we work with. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide some help where it's needed. Some days the internet is slow or the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the city. It’s a regular job with regular people. We try to keep it simple and just get the tasks done without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes we stay late to finish up, but that is just part of the routine here.
