Our spot is tucked away in Sri Krishna Nagar, right near the Yousuf Guda checkpost area in Hyderabad. If you know the traffic around the checkpost, you know it gets pretty busy during the day. We operate out of Hno: 8-3-231/B/355. It’s an infrastructure company, so there’s always something happening with roads or bridges somewhere. We aren't really the type to sit around in suits all day. Most of the guys are out on-site, and the rest of us stay here to manage the schedules and the suppliers. It can get a bit loud with the city noise, but we’re used to it. We've been in this part of Hyderabad for some time. Dealing with infrastructure means a lot of blueprints and phone calls to keep things moving. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or material shipments, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We don’t try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just put in the hours and make sure the work gets done. It’s a lot of practical stuff, making sure the measurements are right and the materials arrive where they should. Being near the checkpost makes it easy for the field staff to drop by when they need to pick up documents. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to do their bit for the city's growth. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized so nothing slips through.
