We are tucked away in Bekary Lane in the Sriramnagar area of Quthbullapur. This is where Ijm Pvt.Ltd. Malaysian Township operates from. The address is H.No 25-289/2 and it’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the main roads of Hyderabad. We focus a lot on the local township work and making sure everything is running right. It isn’t always easy managing a whole township area but we have a dedicated team for it. We are just regular people who live nearby and care about how the place looks and functions. Our office is small and we don't have any fancy secretaries or anything. We usually have a lot of paperwork to go through concerning the maintenance and the building plans. Some days we are dealing with water lines and other days it is the pavement. We like the fact that we are right here in the community instead of being in some high-rise downtown.
