Ijm (India) Infrastructure Limited

We operate Ijm (India) Infrastructure Limited from Flat No 101 in Lizie Villa. It’s on Plot No.30 in Motinagar, Hyderabad. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of project files. It is a quiet residential area which makes it easier to concentrate on the technical side of infrastructure. We don’t really have any big signs out front. Mostly, we are busy with site visits or talking to the laborers on the phone. It’s a small operation here in this part of the city. We handle the planning and the paperwork that comes with construction. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have visitors, but it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to make sure the roads and buildings we are involved with get built correctly. Our team is local and we know the Hyderabad streets well. Most days involve a lot of checking on progress and solving small problems that pop up on site. We’ve been at this address for a while now and it’s become our main hub for the area. It’s just a regular flat where people work hard. We don't have much of a formal structure, everyone just helps out where they can. We often end up staying late when a deadline is approaching.
