Iimplex Infrastructures Ltd.

Our office is based in Sanghati Appt in Kolkata-141. It’s an apartment building, and we use one of the units as our main workspace for the infrastructure business. It isn’t the kind of place you’d find in a big glass skyscraper, but it suits us just fine. We handle a lot of planning and paperwork related to building projects from here. Most of our time is spent on the phone with contractors or looking over site plans spread out on the big table in the middle of the room. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with blueprints and files stacked up, but we know where everything is. The area around Sanghati Appt is quite residential, so it’s a bit more peaceful than the center of Kolkata. We have a small team of engineers and office staff who have been with us for years. We eat lunch together and talk about the latest projects. It feels more like a family than a corporation. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on getting the work done right and making sure our projects stay on schedule. Sometimes we have to head out to sites, but this is where all the main coordination happens. We’ve been here for a while and the locals in the building are used to seeing us coming and going with our rolls of plans and hard hats.
