Icici Property Development Service Group

This office for Icici Property Development Service Group is basically tucked away in Anantula Colony. We’re located over at N.Narenderreddy’s place, Plot 30 on Road No 3. Nagole is a growing part of Hyderabad, so there’s always something happening with land or buildings around here. It’s a bit of a maze finding the right street if you aren’t from around here. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and paperwork for different property projects. It isn’t the kind of place with a big lobby or anything like that. We just have some desks and a lot of files. It involves a lot of waiting for approvals and talking to contractors who are usually late. My desk is usually covered in site plans and half-finished cups of coffee. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us trying to keep the projects moving forward. The weather in Hyderabad can be tough when we have to go out to the sites, so we try to do the office work in the mornings. It’s steady work. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and people in Nagole know where to find us. We don’t make a big fuss about things. It’s just property work and dealing with the local red tape. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork.
