Icici Bank, Merchant Services

Our branch for Merchant Services is located in Ameerpet at Koteswar Rao Appts, specifically unit B3 at 8-3-720/1 in Yellareddyguda. It is a bit unusual because it is an apartment building, but that is how many businesses operate in this part of Hyderabad. We handle a lot of paperwork and terminal requests here. The rooms are converted into office spaces with desks pushed up against the walls. It’s often very busy with people coming in to talk about their accounts or to pick up equipment. The hallways of the apartment block are usually quiet, but once you step inside our door, there is a lot of talking and phone calls happening. We have a small corner where we keep the merchant terminals stacked up. Ameerpet is a very hectic area, so there is always a lot of noise from the street below. We get a lot of tea delivered from the shop downstairs to keep the energy up. It’s not a large corporate floor like you might expect for a bank service, but it’s where we do all the actual work. We have files stacked on almost every flat surface. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. It’s a very practical, local office where we just focus on the daily tasks at hand.
