Hsbc Bank

Our office is tucked away in Suryodaya Apartments, which is right in the Officers Colony area of Secunderabad. It’s a bit different because we are in an apartment building, specifically unit 103, so it doesn’t always feel like a typical bank branch when you first walk in. The neighborhood of RK Puram is generally quite calm, which is nice compared to the louder parts of the city. We have a few desks set up inside and a lot of filing cabinets for all the records we keep. The light in the office is okay during the day, though we have to keep the curtains closed sometimes because the sun gets too bright. Parking can be a little bit of a headache for people visiting because the colony streets are narrow, but we usually figure it out. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking on the phone with customers about their needs. We have a small area where people can sit while they wait. It is not a very big space, so things can feel a bit crowded if more than four or five people show up at once. We like being in this part of Secunderabad because it’s easy for us to get to work. We just show up, do the work, and head home. There’s a tea stall not far away where we usually get our afternoon snacks and a quick break.
