Our spot is a bit out of the way, located in Paidipalem. That’s over in the Shimhadripuram area of Kadapa district. If you’re heading out that way in Andhra Pradesh, you know it’s a different pace than the big cities. Hesinfra Pvt Ltd has been operating from this Glis site for a bit. It’s mostly about the work on the ground here. We don’t spend much time on fancy stuff because the environment doesn't really call for it. Being in a post like Paidipalem means we are close to the actual sites we deal with. It’s a lot of dusty roads and checking on progress. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to sit and manage the logs. We handle things as they come. People in Kadapa are straightforward, and we try to be the same way. It can get quite hot out here during the summer months, which makes the work a bit tougher, but we manage. Most of the staff are used to the rural setup. We don't have a big corporate sign or a reception desk with someone waiting to greet you. Usually, you just find whoever is available in the back room or out near the equipment. It is a very practical place to be based. We just focus on the daily tasks at Shimhadripuram and make sure everything is ticking along without much trouble.
