This is the place for Gvpr Engineers, located in Chinnagottigallu in Chittoor. It’s actually Arunkumarnaidu’s spot, the son of Subramanyamnaidu, over in Chrumundarapalli. We are out in the Andhra Pradesh countryside, which is a bit different from the big city offices. The pace is a bit slower here, but the work is still steady. We deal with engineering tasks that keep us pretty busy most of the time. It’s a family-oriented kind of setup, very local. Everyone knows everyone in this village. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We spend a lot of time out in the field rather than just sitting behind a desk. The sun can be quite hot out here, so we usually start very early in the morning. We have our own way of doing things that has worked for us for years. It’s not corporate at all. We just care about getting the engineering right. Sometimes we sit under the trees and discuss the project details because it's cooler than being inside. We have some old equipment and some new stuff too. It’s a mix. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and we plan on staying. No one here is trying to be a big shot. We just do the work and try to keep things moving. It’s how we’ve always done it in the village.
