In the R.C. Puram area of Hyderabad, you’ll find G.V.K.Novopan Industries Ltd. over in Jyothi Nagar. Our address is H.No.23-27/A, which is right in the Ashok Nagar neighborhood. It’s a very local feel around here, not like the big tech hubs on the other side of the city. We’re more of an industrial operation, so things are a bit more rugged. The mornings start early when the workers arrive and the noise of the plant starts picking up. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Our office is more about function than looks, with lots of ledgers and samples of the boards we make. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on the daily grind of production and making sure the trucks are loaded correctly. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the machinery. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just tell people what we have and when it can be delivered. It’s an honest way to spend the day. R.C. Puram is a hardworking part of town, and we fit right in. Most of our guys have been with us for years, so we’re like a big, slightly disorganized family.
