Grasim

Our place is located at Hno: 12-19/1 in the Annapuma Housing Society in Uppal. If you are familiar with Hyderabad-39, you will know it is a fairly busy area but the society itself stays a bit more tucked away. Grasim has been using this space for a while now. It is a typical residential-style building converted for our needs. You won't find any big neon signs here. Most days start with the sound of the neighborhood waking up. There is a lot of greenery around this part of Uppal, which is nice when the Hyderabad sun gets too hot in the afternoon. Inside, it is just a handful of us. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a small area for tea. It is not a corporate hub with glass walls. It feels more like a home that someone decided to put a few computers in. We handle a lot of the local coordination from here. It gets a bit crowded when we have meetings, but we make it work. Usually, we are just busy with spreadsheets and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a chance to chat. We are not trying to impress anyone with the decor. It is practical, it is nearby, and it is where we spend our ten to six. Just a simple office in a quiet society.
