Graduate Trainee

We are based out of Devapur, at H No. 9-123. This is where Mandla Kishore Ku works as part of the Graduate Trainee program. Being in a place like Devapur is a lot different from being in a big city. It’s much quieter and things move at a slower pace. The office space is really just a part of the building, which makes it feel very personal. We don’t have any big signs or fancy glass doors. It’s a very simple setup where we focus on our engineering tasks and study the project requirements. Most of the time it’s just us and the local sounds of the neighborhood. We don’t talk about missions or visions because we are just focused on finishing the day’s work and learning something useful. The internet can be a bit of a struggle out here in the post area, but we find ways to get things done. We spend a lot of time going over the details of the site work. It’s a very modest way to work, but it teaches you to be resourceful. We are just local trainees trying to build a career from the ground up. There’s no corporate polish here, just some desks, some books, and a lot of hard work. We are happy with how things are going and just take it one day at a time, making sure we get the measurements right so there are no issues.
