Graduate Engineer Trainee

We are located over at H.No.5-7-62 in the Lashkar Bazar area of Hanamkonda. It’s a pretty busy part of town and finding the place can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the local streets around Warangal. Most of us here are just starting out as Graduate Engineer Trainees. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and trying to make sense of the project files they give us. It is not some big corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is just a regular building where we do our daily work and try to learn the ropes of the engineering world. Some days the fans make more noise than we do. We usually have lunch together and talk about how different the actual work is compared to what we studied in school. The internet can be slow sometimes, which is a bit of a headache when we need to upload reports. We don't have any fancy marketing people writing stuff for us. We just do the technical work we were hired for. The neighbors are nice enough and we try not to get in anyone's way when we head out to the sites. It’s a practical setup and we are just here to get the experience we need. It gets hot in the afternoons but we manage with the windows open. We are just a small group of engineers trying to do a decent job every day.
