We are located at Plot No 002 in the Radha Devi Apartments, Phase Ii. This is over in Nehru Nager, Ramantapur, which is a busy little corner of Hyderabad. Being part of the Govt Of India, we have a lot of regular tasks that keep us tied to our desks most of the week. The apartment setup is practical because it puts us right in the middle of the community. It’s not a flashy office with a view, mostly just looking out at the other buildings in Phase Ii. The rooms are a bit cramped because of all the files we have to keep, but we make it work. Most of the people who work here have been around for years, so we’ve got a good rhythm going. We don't use any high-end tech or fancy software if a pen and paper can do the job just as well. It’s the kind of place where you might find a stray cat near the entrance or hear the neighbors' kids playing outside while we’re trying to finish a report. We don't mind the noise much. It’s just how life is in Ramantapur. We don't have any big goals of changing the world; we just want to make sure the records are right and the people who come to us get what they need. It’s simple, honest work in a regular neighborhood that keeps us going.
