Golden Bricks

Golden Bricks is based out of Swathi Residency, which is over in the RTC Colony area of Hayathnagar. We use apartment number 72 as our main base of operations. It is not your typical office building, but it works for us and the way we do things. Most of our day is spent talking to people about land or buildings, often while we are out on the road visiting different sites. When we are back at the residency, it’s mostly about catching up on phone calls and sorting out the paperwork that piles up. Hayathnagar is a growing area, so there is always something happening nearby. We don't have a big staff with fancy titles, just a few of us who know the local property market well. We like to keep things simple and honest when we talk to anyone who walks in. Sometimes we are stuck at the office late into the evening because a client could only meet after their own work was done. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, checking maps, and looking at documents. We know the RTC Colony area quite well and we have seen a lot of changes around here over the years. We just try to keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way without making a big fuss about it. It’s a quiet spot to work from most of the time.
