We are situated in Masab Tank, Hyderabad, at the Palm Spring Apartments. Our office is Flat No-502 at 63 Shanthi Nagar. Being in Masab Tank means we are right in the thick of things. The flyover is nearby, and the sound of the city is always in the background. It is a residential building that houses our Gmr Infra Pte Ltd office. It’s a bit of an interesting setup because it feels like a home, but it’s filled with office desks and printers. We have a balcony where we sometimes take a break and look at the Hyderabad skyline, though mostly we are staring at our screens. The apartment has a narrow hallway that we’ve lined with storage boxes. It’s not the most spacious place, but we have everything we need to manage our international infrastructure interests. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We don't have a fancy lobby or a security guard at a front desk; it’s just a doorbell and a nameplate. We like it this way because it’s low-key. We handle a lot of coordination from this flat, talking to people across different time zones. It’s a lot of emails and long meetings. It’s a simple, honest workspace where we focus on the jobs we have to do. The atmosphere is quiet inside despite the noise of the city outside our walls.
