We operate out of a place called Hara Gopal Lakshmi Nivas. It’s H No: 61 in the New City Colony over in Bowenpally. It’s more of a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like those cold, glass-fronted offices you see downtown. Gm Infra Ventures is a small operation. We handle various infrastructure things from here. It’s mostly us sitting around a large table or at our individual desks covered in maps and site reports. Bowenpally is a nice enough area, though it gets quite crowded during the peak hours. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign. It’s a very hands-on type of business. We spend as much time on the road visiting sites as we do in the office. When we are here, it’s usually to catch up on all the admin work that piles up. We have an old ceiling fan that clicks a bit, and the internet sometimes acts up when it rains. But it’s our space and it works for us. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to do a solid job on the projects we take on and go home at a decent hour. It's a simple life.
