G.K Developers

Our office is located in Ayodhya Nagar, which is over in Kapra, Hyderabad. Being in this part of Andhra Pradesh—or Telangana now, as things changed—means we see a lot of the local growth happening right outside our door. G.K Developers is a small team really. We spend most of our mornings looking at plans or heading out to see how things are coming along at the sites. The address is 500 062 if you are looking for the pin code. People in Kapra usually know the landmarks around Ayodhya Nagar pretty well. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from traffic and new construction. We don’t really go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us just heard about us from a neighbor or someone else in the area. We sit in the office and go over the numbers and the materials we need. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes even Sundays if there's a lot to do. We keep our records in files that are getting a bit old now, but we know where everything is. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been here for a good while and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the work gets done and we are happy with that. It's just a regular local business.
