Form 'N' Arch Consultant Sec'Bad

My name is Pavan Yelsangikar and this is Form 'N' Arch Consultant Sec'Bad. We’re over here at Krishna Kunj in Ambika Nagar, right near the railway station in Gulbarga. It’s my house, Plot No. 26, where we do most of the consulting work. My father was with the B.S.N.L. department, so we’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time. People know us around here. It isn't a big glass office or anything like that. I usually just sit at my desk and go over plans and drawings. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about a project. It’s a quiet place to work, though you can hear the trains every now and then since the station is so close. I handle most of the stuff myself, sometimes with a bit of help when the projects get larger. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra costs of a commercial building. Being in Gulbarga 5 feels right for what I do. I’ve lived here most of my life. Most of my clients are local people looking for a bit of guidance on their building ideas. We just take it one project at a time and try to be helpful. It's nothing too formal, just plain talk and drawings. We don't need a fancy office to do good work. It's just about being there when people need advice on their projects and keeping things simple.
