Flsmidth Pvt. Limited

Our place is in Hyderabad, specifically in the Nacharam area. We are located at 201 Ravi Chandra Apartments in Karthikeya Nagar. It’s basically a residential apartment that we’ve converted into a small office space for Flsmidth Pvt. Limited. It’s a bit more personal than working in a big commercial glass building. You have to come up to the second floor of the block to find us. Because it was an apartment, it still feels a bit more like a home than a stiff corporate headquarters. We have a small kitchen area where we usually make our own tea and eat our lunch together. The main rooms are filled up with desks, computers, and several filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of the administrative and technical side of the industrial business from here. Nacharam is a busy mix of industrial units and residential houses, so there’s always some kind of activity happening outside our windows. We don’t have a big sign on the main road, so you have to look for the apartment name on the gate. We aren't the type of people to use big words or pretend to be something we are not. We just handle the projects that come our way and try to stay as organized as we can. Sometimes the apartment gets a bit crowded when we have too many files, but we make it work.
