Our office is located in Secunderabad, over in the 500010 area of Andhra Pradesh. We have been working out of this spot for several years, and it has become a very familiar routine for all of us. Secunderabad has its own pace, and we fit right into it. The building is not one of those new high-rise towers you see in the city. It is a much more basic structure that stays cool even when the sun is hitting it hard in the afternoon. Inside, we have our desks pushed together to make it easier to talk to each other while we work on different projects. We do not really follow a strict corporate dress code here. Most days, we just wear what is comfortable and focus on the list of things we need to finish by evening. There is always a stack of files on the main table that needs sorting. We take turns bringing in snacks to share during the afternoon slump. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit crowded with parked scooters, but we always find a way to squeeze in. We are just a group of people trying to make things work in a practical way. There is nothing polished about how we run things, just a lot of hard work and regular daily habits. We like the neighborhood because it feels like a real community rather than just a business district.
