Our place is located over in Balanagar Township, specifically in the R.R. Nagar area. If you are looking for us, we are at H.No-24-320, which is where R.K. Thankur is based as well. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, and we’ve been operating from this spot for a good bit of time. The building itself is just a standard house converted for our needs, so it feels a lot more like a home than a stiff office. We spend a lot of our time looking into emergency management and doing research, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. It’s not always quiet around here, especially with the city traffic nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. There’s a small team of us working on various projects. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Instead, we have desks piled with reports and maps. We try to stay focused on the practical side of things. People often drop by to discuss different safety protocols or data we’ve been collecting. We’ve had some long nights here when a project is due, drinking tea and going over spreadsheets until late. It’s a grassroots kind of operation. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to do our part from this little corner of Hyderabad. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once, but it works for what we need to do every day.
