We have our office at Flat No-S2 in Anusha Apartment. This is in Subhash Nagar, which is part of Yellareddy Guda in the Ameerpet area of Hyderabad. It’s a bit unusual to have a land office in an apartment, but it works for us. It feels more like a home than a sterile office building. We have the rooms set up for our work, with desks and lots of storage for all the documents we have to keep. Ameerpet is a very busy and crowded part of Hyderabad. There is always noise from the street and people moving about. We kind of like the energy of it. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local land business. We talk to people, handle the paperwork, and try to keep everything organized. It’s not always easy, especially when things get busy, but we do our best. We don’t use any corporate talk or try to sound fancy. We are just a local team doing a job. The office is a bit cramped sometimes because of all the files, but it’s a functional space. We’ve been here at Anusha Apartment for a while now. If you need us, you just come to the second floor. It’s an honest, simple way to run things. We focus on the work and don’t worry too much about the rest. It’s just how we are.
