Electrical Supervisour

My name is Mouli and I am the son of Malakondaiah. We are based out of Oguru, which is in the Kandukur Mandal of the Prakasam district in Andhra Pradesh. My title is electrical supervisour, but mostly I just spend my time making sure the local electrical projects are moving along like they should. Working in a rural mandal is a bit different than the big cities. You know everyone and you have to be ready for anything. I handle a lot of the paperwork and the technical side of the jobs we take on. Our office is right there in the village, so it is easy for people to find us if they have a question. I learned a lot of what I know from being out in the fields and at the job sites since I was younger. Prakasam is a big district and I end up traveling quite a bit between the different posts and villages. It is honest work and it keeps me busy from sunrise to sunset. I don't bother with any fancy marketing or anything like that because my reputation in Kandukur is what matters most. If the work is done right, people will talk, and that is how we have stayed in business for this long. I usually have a tea at the local stall and talk to the other workers before we head out to the site. It is just a normal life and I am glad to be doing it in my home town.
