Our office is over in Miyapur, Hyderabad, specifically at S V R Residency in FCI Colony. We are in Flat No G2. It’s a place where we do our day-to-day business for Durabuild Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The office isn’t huge, but it suits us just fine. G. Suresh is usually around, and we keep things pretty low-key. We aren’t interested in those big, shiny offices you see in the city center. We like being in a residential area like FCI Colony because it’s easier to breathe and talk to our neighbors. Most of our work involves coordinating with sites and making sure people get the construction supplies they need. You’ll see plenty of paperwork on the desks and maybe a few tea cups that haven't been washed yet. We’re just regular folks working hard to keep things running. If you come by, don’t expect a lobby with a fountain. You’ll just find us working on our computers or chatting on the phone. We don’t have a script when we talk to people. We just speak plainly and try to solve whatever problem is in front of us. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, keeping track of everything, but we’ve been at it long enough to know the ropes. We’re just glad to be a part of the local building scene here in Hyderabad, doing our thing without much noise or trouble.
