Dlf Laing O Rourke

We are located in the Sanjeevapuram area of Parsigutta in Secunderabad. Our office is at House Number 11-3-664/39. It’s a bit of a winding path to get to us if you aren't familiar with the Parsigutta streets, as it’s a very densely packed neighborhood. The office is inside a regular residential building, which is common for this part of the city. We run the local side of Dlf Laing O Rourke from here. It’s usually just a couple of us in the office, surrounded by files, drawings, and a few computers. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have visitors, but we make it work. Outside, the streets are always full of life, with people going about their business and kids playing in the lanes. We don't have any fancy signs or a big entrance. It’s just a place where we get the work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the actual sites, so the office is mostly for the administrative side of things. We don't follow a strict corporate manual. We just handle things as they come up, whether it’s a permit issue or a supply problem. Living and working in Secunderabad has its own rhythm, and we’ve settled into it nicely. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and we like the local feel of being right in the middle of the community, close to where everything is happening.
