Up here in Flat No. 203 of Sri Lakshmi Apt, things stay pretty busy for us at Dlf Commerical Develpers Ltd. We are on Hasmetpet Road in the Old Bowenpally area of Secunderabad. It is a bit of an older neighborhood, so it feels more lived-in than the new tech parks. Being on the second floor means we get a decent view of the street, which is usually packed with autos and delivery bikes. The apartment wasn't originally meant to be an office, so the layout is a bit funny with a kitchen that we use for making coffee and storing files. Andhra Pradesh summers are no joke, so the fans are always spinning at full speed. We have been working from this Narendra flat for some time. There is a small market nearby where we pick up lunch or snacks. The walls are painted a light cream color, and we have calendars hung up everywhere to keep track of dates. It is a basic setup with some chairs and wooden desks that have seen better days. Most people who visit us are local contractors or folks from the neighborhood. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the building name carefully. It is just a normal place where we get through our daily tasks and handle the commercial development work for this region. We aren't doing anything fancy, just moving through the paperwork and answering the phone as it rings.
