You can find us at Flat No. 101 in the Sai Teja Residency. It’s located in Samatha Nagar, Bowenpally, over in Secunderabad 11. We go by Dlf Assets P Ltd. It’s a residential building, so the office feels more like a home than a cold corporate space. We like it that way because it keeps things grounded. There’s a lot of coming and going in the residency, and we’re just part of the daily flow. We handle asset management and similar tasks from this flat. It’s got everything we need: desks, some computers, and a place to keep all the records. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big, polished company. We’re just a team of folks trying to keep these assets in order. Bowenpally is a good area to be in, even if the parking around the residency is a bit tight sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big promises or marketing talk here. If you come by, you’ll see us just doing our regular work. We’ve been here for a bit and plan to stay for a while longer, just doing our bit in Secunderabad. We usually have the kettle on if anyone needs a cup of tea during their visit.
