Our company is called Design Tribe Ind Pvt.Ltd and we are located in a quiet spot. We are out in Narayanavanam Mandal, specifically in the village and post area there. It’s in Chittoor district. Being away from the big cities like Chennai or Bangalore makes for a different kind of workday. It’s much quieter here, though the commute for some can be a bit long depending on where they live. We started this because we wanted to work in this area. The office is a basic building that gives us enough room for our equipment and a few desks. We deal with various design tasks and try to keep everything moving on schedule. Living and working in a village means things move at a slightly different pace, which we don't mind. There’s a lot of greenery around the office, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a screen. We have a small team from the local area. It’s a private limited company, but it doesn't feel like a big corporation. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the town. Sometimes the rains make the roads a bit messy, but that’s just part of being in Chittoor. We do our work, help each other out, and then head home. It’s a decent way to earn a living. We aren’t looking to move to a big city anytime soon. We like it here in Narayanavanam. It feels right.
