We are located in the Mindspace IT Park in Madhapur, specifically at the Maximus 2B building. Our office is on the first floor at No. 111. Being in Hitech City means there is always a lot of activity around us. It is a modern area of Hyderabad, and we are right in the thick of it. Even though we are in a big IT park, we try to keep our office feeling a bit more grounded. We handle various property management tasks for the India branch. It involves a lot of meetings and keeping track of different sites. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but we are a tight-knit group. We don’t have any polished slogans on the walls. We just focus on the spreadsheets and the maintenance reports. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, and the traffic in Madhapur is always a struggle, but we manage to get things done. We aren't here to impress anyone with big corporate talk. We just provide a practical service for the buildings we look after. Most of us have lived in Hyderabad for a long time, so we know how things work here. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things simple and honest for everyone involved. That is the way we do things at our Hyderabad office.
