Amar Events

Amar Events is based in Vidyanagar, Hyderabad, at 1-9-286/4. If you know the 44 area, we are right in the thick of it. Our office is more like a workshop or a storage space most of the time. We have got boxes of decorations, lighting cables, and various event supplies stacked almost to the ceiling. It can be a bit of a maze trying to walk through the back rooms. We spend most of our time out at different venues, but this is where the planning and the packing happens. It is a very busy spot, especially during the wedding season or when there are a lot of festivals. The office itself is quite simple. We have a couple of old desks and a computer that we use for bookings. There is usually a lot of noise coming from the street, and we often have people dropping in to talk about their upcoming events. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we do, you usually have to look at photos on our phones or just trust that we know what we are doing. We have been in Vidyanagar for a good while, so we are a familiar face in the neighborhood. It is not a corporate life at all. It is about loading trucks, untangling wires, and making sure everything gets to the right place on time. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the schedule.
