Aliens Group Pvt. Ltd. is based at Qr. No.-2133 in Sector-4/G of Bokaro Steel City. We are in Jharkhand and our office is actually a standard quarter that we have converted into a workspace. It is a very down-to-earth setup with simple furniture and lots of files. Being in a steel city like Bokaro means there is a lot of industry around us and that influence shows in how we work. We are very practical and we do not waste time on fancy corporate speak. We just handle the business that comes our way and try to keep everything organized. The heat in Jharkhand can be quite intense during the summer months so we make sure the fans are always running. We have been in Sector-4/G for a while and we have a good relationship with the people living around us. It is not a typical office environment because it feels more like a home that happens to have a business in it. We do not do any big advertising or have a dedicated marketing person. Most of what we do is just handled by the few of us who are here every day. We take our work seriously but we do not try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks that need to be finished. It is a simple but effective way of doing things for the company and it suits the local vibe perfectly.
