24X7 Customer Services

Our office is tucked away at 16-6-161 in Osmanpura, right behind Newlife Hospital here in Hyderabad. Like the name says, we are basically here all the time, day and night. It’s a bit of a strange feeling being at work when the rest of the city is sleeping, but that’s just how customer service goes. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it stays cool inside which is a relief in the Hyderabad summer. We’ve got rows of desks and people on headsets talking to customers from all over. Sometimes it gets really loud when everyone is on a call at once. We know the area around the hospital well because that's where we go for snacks during our breaks. Most of us live nearby or take the bus in. It’s a busy environment and we don’t really have time for those fancy mission statements you see elsewhere. We just answer the phones and try to help people with their problems. Some shifts are harder than others, especially the graveyard ones, but we have a good group of people who keep each other going. Being behind the hospital makes it easy for people to find us if they have an appointment. We’ve been at this Osmanpura location for a while now and we’re just part of the local scenery. It’s honest work and we try to do it well without making a big fuss about it.
