Our office is over at Mustafa Towers on Niloufer Hospital Road. If you know Lakdikapul, you know how hectic the traffic can get around here in Hyderabad. Metrotrax Itm Exim Private Limited has been tucked away in this building for some time now. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails mostly. We handle stuff for import and export, so there's always a lot of tracking numbers and documents flying around. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and computers and a lot of coffee cups. Sometimes the lift in Mustafa Towers takes forever, so we just take the stairs. Being near Niloufer Hospital means there's always noise outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't a big flashy company with a PR team. It’s just a few of us making sure the shipments move and the IT side stays running. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to people in different time zones. It gets tiring, but it's the job. Telangana summers are brutal, so we’re thankful for the AC in the room even if it rattles a bit. We just keep our heads down and do the work. No fancy mission statements here, just getting the business done in Lakdikapul every day. It's a practical setup for what we need to do. We just keep going, day after day, until the work is finished. It’s a lot of mundane tasks but they have to be done right to keep the supply chain moving along.
