Sur Clinic

We've been operating here at 217 S.C. Mukherjee Road for quite a few years now. It is just a small, local place called Sur Clinic where people from the neighborhood come when they aren't feeling their best. Most days it gets pretty busy with folks sitting and waiting their turn, and the ceiling fans are usually humming away in the background to keep the air moving. We don't have those fancy leather chairs or a high-tech lobby, just some basic wooden benches and a simple wooden desk for the paperwork. The building itself is an older one, which you can easily tell by the thickness of the walls and the style of the windows. Sometimes the traffic outside on S.C. Mukherjee Road gets a bit loud because it is a main path for buses and trucks, but we’ve grown used to the noise over time. We try to keep everything clean and tidy for whoever walks through the door. It is mostly regular families coming in, and we know a lot of them by name since they have been visiting us for such a long time. If you are looking for the number 217, you will find us easily enough right on the street side. There is not much to say about the decor because we really only have the essentials. It is just a practical spot for the community. Some afternoons are quieter than others when the sun is hitting the front. We just keep things simple and do the work.
