We’re located at Plot No.38 on Mungargi Road, right across from the Shivani Inn in Gadag. It’s a good spot because people staying at the inn or passing through often notice the pavers we have out front. We focus on making precast products and various types of pavers. It’s the kind of work that keeps you on your feet all day. Gadag can get pretty warm, so we’re usually out there early when the air is still a bit cool. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of the concrete and making sure the shapes are coming out right. It’s not something you can just automate and walk away from. You have to keep an eye on things. Our setup is pretty simple, just the equipment we need and space for the materials to dry. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the stuff we produce is solid and holds up like it’s supposed to. When someone comes by to pick up an order, we’re usually the ones helping them load it onto their truck. It’s a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything, from mixing to moving the heavy stacks. There’s always something to clean up or a new batch to start. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without fail. We don't have much time for anything else besides the work right in front of us.
