Iffco Tokio General Insurance

You can find our Iffco Tokio General Insurance office on the third floor of Sudev Plaza. We are located right in Dajiban Peth, directly opposite the Laxmi Temple. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the temple crowds, but it’s mostly just a place where we handle a lot of paperwork. We spend our hours dealing with car insurance, health policies, and all the forms that come with them. It’s not a very exciting job, but it’s important work for the people in our community. Most of our day is spent explaining policy details to customers or helping them figure out how to file a claim when something goes wrong. We aren't a big, cold corporate office; we are just a small team of local people working here. The elevator in Sudev Plaza can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often end up taking the stairs. We have desks covered in files and the phones are usually buzzing with questions about renewals. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon if we can help it. We just try to tell people what they are covered for and what they aren't. It’s a busy area of Dajiban Peth, so there is always noise from the street coming up to the office. We’ve been here for quite a while now, and we’ve seen plenty of people come through our doors looking for a bit of security for their families.
