We set up shop at Siddeswara Nilaya on Station Road. It's the second floor. Bani Oni is a busy area, especially when the trains are running frequently. We spend most of our time putting together boxes. It gets pretty crowded in here when the holidays are coming up. You’ll see cardboard everywhere and bits of tape. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure everything is packed right. The building itself is okay, nothing fancy. Sometimes the noise from the station carries up here, but you get used to it after a week or two. We handle all sorts of gift items that go into these boxes. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Your hands get dry from the paper and the boxes. We don't have a big reception area. Most people who come by are delivery drivers or folks picking up a last-minute order. We try to stay on top of the schedule, but things happen. If a shipment is late, we just work a bit longer to catch up. It’s a simple business. We don't have a fancy website or a huge team. Just a spot on Station Road where we get the work done. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, but it’s home for us. We’ve been here for a bit now and know the neighbors pretty well. There is a tea stall nearby that makes the best snacks.
