Sri Guru Educational Charitable Trust

You can find us at Shakuntala Arcade on Kasaba Peth Main Road. We are right across from the Karnataka Bank in Old Hubli. It is an old part of town with a lot of history. This trust was set up to help out with education in the area. We do a bit of everything, mostly helping people who might not have all the resources they need for schooling. The office is simple. We have some old files, a few chairs, and a desk where we meet people. It is not a corporate environment. It feels more like a community hub. People from around Old Hubli stop by to ask about programs or how we can help their kids. We do not have a huge budget for advertising or anything like that. Most of the work is done through word of mouth. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we manage to stay on top of things. We have seen a lot of changes in Hubli over the years, but the need for basic educational support stays the same. We just try to do our part without making a big fuss about it. It is a lot of talking to families and figuring out what they need. We are not a big organization with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us here at the arcade. We open the doors in the morning and see who comes in. That is how we have always operated.
