Shree Basaveshwara Buildtech

We operate out of Plot No. 25 B4, which is part of Cts No. 28 in the Lakkamanahalli Industrial Area. Being in Dharwad, the industrial zone is where all the action is. It can get pretty loud and dusty around here with all the trucks and machinery moving back and forth all day. Shree Basaveshwara Buildtech is basically a functional space where we keep our tools and manage our schedules. The office isn’t much to look at, just a few sturdy desks and some shelves filled with technical manuals and project binders. We spend a lot of our time out on the floor or visiting sites, so the office is often empty during the middle of the day. The sun can be quite harsh in Dharwad, so we usually have the fans running at full speed whenever we are inside. There is a small canteen nearby where we grab lunch, usually whatever is quick and filling. We’ve been in this plot for a few years and have seen the industrial area change quite a bit. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don’t have any fancy signs or big displays. People usually find us because they need something built or fixed and they know we are located right here in the industrial block. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the work gets done as it should be, without much fuss. It is a hard way to earn a living but it keeps us busy.
