Shefali Galvanizers

We have been operating out of Plot P-126 in the Tarihal Industrial Area for quite some time now. It is a busy place to be, with trucks moving in and out of the area all day long. Our main work here is galvanizing. We have these big tanks where the metal gets dipped. It is hot and sweaty work, especially during the summer months when the shed traps all the heat. The guys who work on the floor have been with us for years and they know the process inside out. We don’t really have a fancy office with air conditioning or soft chairs. Usually, we just sit on plastic stools near the entrance to catch whatever breeze comes through. Customers bring in their steel structures, some big and some small, and we get to work. Sometimes the acid baths need more attention, or the zinc isn't melting just right, and those are the days we stay late. We aren't trying to change the world or anything. We just want to make sure the steel that leaves our gate doesn't start rusting the moment it gets rained on. Most of the people around Tarihal know us by now. We try to be fair with our timing, though sometimes things get backed up when a large order arrives unexpectedly. It is just a regular life here, full of metal, heat, and the sound of overhead cranes moving back and forth across the ceiling all day.
