Poonam Tiles & Sanitaryware

Our shop, Poonam Tiles & Sanitaryware, is located in the Usa Towers building, specifically at A/3 on Coin Road. It's a pretty well-known spot because we are right opposite the Titan showroom. This makes it easy for folks to find us even if they aren't from this exact part of town. We deal with tiles and bathroom stuff, which can be a bit of a heavy job sometimes. Boxes of tiles are not light, so there is usually a lot of lifting and moving things around throughout the day. The shop isn't massive, but we fit a lot in there. We spend most of our time showing people different patterns or helping them figure out how many boxes they might need for a floor. It’s mostly local families coming in who are fixing up their homes or maybe building a new room. We don't have any big corporate offices or anything like that. It’s just us here at the counter. Sometimes the floor gets dusty from all the tile samples being moved, but we try to keep it decent. Living and working around Coin Road is busy, but it keeps things interesting. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shop owners nearby. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, open the doors, and help whoever walks in. People appreciate that we don't try to push things on them. We just show what’s available on the racks and let them decide. It's a simple way of doing things.
